Request Account Deletion

At CharterGPT, we prioritize your privacy and data security. If you've decided to delete your account and all associated data, we're here to assist you every step of the way. Follow the instructions below to ensure a seamless account deletion process.

How to Delete Your Account:

  1. Review Your Account: Ensure all purchases, reservations, or services are concluded, and all outstanding fees are settled. This is a critical step for a hassle-free account deletion.

  2. Send Your Deletion Request: Initiate the account deletion by emailing us directly at support@jet.ai. Include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your CharterGPT account
  • A brief message stating your request for account deletion
  1. Confirmation and Processing: After we receive your deletion request, our team will verify any pending issues with your account. Should we need any additional information or action from you, we'll get in touch. Otherwise, your account will be processed for deletion within 48 hours, and we'll confirm the deletion via email once completed.

Please remember, deleting your account is irreversible. You will lose access to CharterGPT and all data associated with your account cannot be retrieved.
